Meath Diocesan Congress Committee - May 2010

In preparation for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress which will be held in Ireland in June 2010, the Meath Diocesan Congress Committee, under the chairmanship of Mr. John Howard, recently held Information Evenings in Navan and Mullingar for representatives from every parish of the Diocese. The purpose of these meetings was to provide information about the Congress, to update representatives about the various committees and groups already preparing for June 2010 and to provide liturgical resources which may be used for Corpus Christi Processions at parish level. The meetings proved very informative and helpful as we begin our journey in faith together towards The Eucharistic Congess of 2012. Pictured are some of the representatives who attended the Navan Meeting at Dowdstown House.
