Navan Accord Memorial Service - May 2009

The Navan Accord Centre recently held a Memorial Service for the late Marie Clarke. Marie served as a Marriage Facilitator, a member of the Accord Schools Programme in the Diocese of Meath and had served a three year term as Centre Chairperson. During the moving memorial service which was attended by Ruth Barror, National Director of Accord, Rev. Peter Murphy, National Accord Chaplain and Yvonne Cronin, Regional Officer of Accord, members of the Blake and Clarke families and members of The Navan Accord Centre, both past and present, the Conference Room was dedicated in Marie's honour by the current Chairperson, Ms. Lillie Mahon. Prior to the ceremony, Marie's husband Philip planted a tree to her memory in the grounds of Saint Anne's. May Marie's gentle soul rest eternally.
